Why not tackle your fitness goals with activities that boost overall well-being and help reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias?

Together, we're working to Re-define dementia and Move our bodies for better lifetime health and a more inclusive Calgary. Let's ReMove the stigma and reduce our risk together.

It's Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and the StillMe social movement has partnered with some of Calgary’s favourite fitness studios to offer classes that help you reduce your risk of dementia. With your participation, each studio will be donating the proceeds of these classes to Alzheimer Calgary.
